Alan, the owner came over and did the templates, super cool guy, About a week later Cory and Homer came over to install. and got it all installed in a couple of hours. Everyone there is on top of it. I highly recommend them.”

Excellent customer service, and always willing to help with a specialized request. “We have visited many slab yards in the San Diego area in search of the "perfect" granite for our project. Quality, service and price were all equally important to us. The granite slabs at Amazon Stone Boutique in Encinitas seemed to be a little special, more "unique" and not the average product for sale at other locations. The assistance provided by Marcello was outstanding whether it was in person, over the phone or by email. He offered to send photos of each slab and never made us feel as if it was an effort for him. He is enthusiastic about the material he sells but is not at all pushy and overbearing. His assistant who moves the slabs around was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The price was fair and in fact, very reasonable for such quality. We will go back to the boutique again for further prchases and recommend it without reservation.”

Without fail, they find that one piece, or inspiration, that they fall in love with and have to have. In particular, a showroom manager and their employees can make the visit successful or disastrous. It is such a pleasure to know that Christina Billmaier, Director of Design, is there to greet you, answer any question without hesitation, knows far more than most people in the field, and always does everything with enthusiasm and a smile. I can always count on her to get back to me within the day with quotes, lead times and product availability. I cant say enough how great it is working with Christina and how I look forward to collaborating on many more successful projects together.”

“Gregg Keith, owner of Complete Tile came highly recommended by my plumber who said it this way: "his showers don't leak!". I hired him to do the shower and floor of my master bath remodel. Interesting co-incidence that the designer I worked with at Dal Tile, Anaheim CA also knew him and had good things to say about his work. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and I have to say that his work is absolutely the best. He had to figure out exactly how the design I chose would work with my space from my 'inspiration photo'. Needless to say his work is flawless. When the shower glass contractor measured for the glass and used a level to determine if adjustments needed to be made he couldn't believe how level the shower walls were and said he doesn't see that too often! He worked with cabinet installer and made sure everything fit perfectly with the cabinet also. I did not hire a general contractor and Gregg was very patiently gave me his advice of what I needed to do next which was very helpful. He worked hard, showed up every day and completed the job in a reasonable time frame.The price he quoted at the beginning of the job was what I paid. He even cleaned up any mess! I would absolutely highly recommend Gregg Keith of Complete Tile Company!
