They listened to our wish list and worked to find just the right tile! There were so many options available to us. I must admit we are not the easiest of customers, but they never gave up on us. We have the privilege of being able to peer inside some of the most luxurious custom homes in Illinois and many of our clients have AKDO materials and designs in their home. After meeting Kate Donofree, the talented art director and designer of the particular stone pattern we were interested in, it is very apparent that she knows her stone, even down to what part of the quarry it was cut from. “I don't usually go out of my way to write a review but with these people I had to. Siena tile has a stunning showroom and even more stunning customer service. From the beginning I felt I could really trust these people (which in todays market of home improvement companies is hard to come by). They gave me very fair pricing and followed my order from beginning to its final completion. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others. PS ask for a cappuccino when you get there!!”
