“We knew that selecting shutters for our new home would come with a high price tag. When our bid came we weren't shocked because we had prepared ourselves for that. There are so many homeowners looking for a "killer deal" on this high end window covering. Living in a brand new build community many of our neighbors were in the same place of covering their windows. Word went around about how much people were saving with other companies. Nearly half in some cases of what we were paying. For a minute we felt like maybe we selected the wrong company. That was until the shutters were installed. We didn't have a single problem with our shutters. While those who went with the cheaper options are still fighting the uphill battle of getting repairs on a brand new product! Moral to the story is, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If you're ok with nails showing, paint chips everywhere, and unprofessional install, then go with the "cheap" options. Southwest has exceeded our expectations. The salesman explained thoroughly the reasons behind why the number of panels per window, which direction they would swing when opened, ect. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We love our shutters and refer others any chance we get to this company!”
