The initial consultation time was short and to the point. There was no pressure from him during the consultation and just wanted to make sure he was able to provide the information and answer the questions we had. Turn around time was quicker than expected to get the windows manufactured. The installers were very courteous with the kids in online home school and a dog that's nervous around strangers. The installers did a great job installing the windows, explaining any issues they ran into. The windows are such an upgrade and really is amazing how much more light comes through them.
