I have ordered from RH several times in the past for projects and have always had good luck, especially with their beds. Their product is produced in a way to afford reasonable pricing to consumers, sometimes there can be quality control challenges with this method of production. A challenge that most manufacturers face. They should definitely make up for any quality issue with good customer service and accountability. I hope this was your experience.
