“I had hired Mr. Newkirk to replace my deck. I had a wooden deck that was rotting. Mr. Newkirk developed and designed a fabulous patio area for me. My patio area now consists of pavers and flagstone, 2 levels. He also installed an excellent drainage system and some low voltage lighting. He had many wonderful ideas for future planning as well that included fire pit and fountains. He did an excellent job throughout the entire process from the design concept, to planning, to completing the project. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him on this project.”

“We hired RMB Building & Design to renovate our master bathroom. The renovation required the removal of floor to ceiling one foot square tiles in the shower, above and around the bath tub and the floor. A walk-in closet was also removed. The room was taken back to the studs and new sheet rock installed. The shower plumbing was reconfigured. New bath and shower fittings were installed as well as cabinetry and tiling throughout. Following our original discussion about the project with RMB, sub contractors were brought in together to access the scope of work and submit their quotes. We had a written quotation outlining the work with a schedule soon after. The project was started on time and completed with a week or so to spare. Mack Braxton and his son Travis Braxton who oversaw the renovation were very professional in dealing with us and the trades people. They answered any queries or calls we made, promptly. We highly recommend RMB. They are extremely honest and diligent. This is our second project with RMB.”

“My husband and I hired Mark Hannula Construction to build our dream home in Beaufort, North Carolina. We had picked out the plans and envisioned living in this house for 16 years. I can truly say the house Mark and his team built is exactly as we imagined. “Ty's company remodeled a kitchen in our 45+ year old house. He and his crew took the kitchen down to the sheet rock, replaced flooring, cabinets, lighting, appliances and came in on time and on budget. He was easily accessible during the entire process and answered all questions and concerns with respect and reasonable answers or suggestions. We would definitely use him again. We have never worked with a contractor who we felt like listened to our needs/wants and worked to attain them in the manner in which he did, all while staying within our budget. He even had subs who worked on the weekend! We love our new kitchen and are enjoying cooking again!”
