“AAA has installed two a/c units (15 years apart) and a furnace for us. They are top-notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are reasonably priced and do great work. The last a/c unit they installed had something wrong with the line at the end of the day, and they returned promptly the next morning and made sure it was up and running before our most recent heat wave. They give courtesy calls every fall and spring to remind you to schedule your maintenance appointments for your furnace and a/c units. The damper adjustment that they did made all the difference in the world to cooling our upstairs. I've had several companies out for bids for both the a/c and furnaces when we were looking to replace them, and have always chosen them for their honesty, diligence, and customer service.”

“The technicians at Ultimate Comfort Heating and Cooling are the best. I have hired them on multiple occasions to maintain my heating system. “Evergreen Gas installed a new gas furnace, an air conditioner, fireplace logs, and a barbeque grill. Bill brought with him a professional team that not only installed new equipment, but fixed problems that could have yielded horrible results if gone undetected--like faulty wiring--additional work that was not quoted but fixed at no additional cost. Cost-savings was our key issue. Instead of compromising on the equipment and installation, Bill said they would get the job done in three days instead of four. I have never witnessed a team that worked so efficiently and moved so fast. Yet when we asked that pictures be taken in our crawl spaces, a team member took extra time and care to ensure that we had a clear vision of the underside of our house and attic areas. I would hire Bill and his crew again. I wish I could clone them for other projects besides HVAC-type work. They are that good!”

“We have a heating/cooling system by Apollo. It is a passive system that uses our hot water heater to pass water though coils and associated with forced air. No one seems to work on them any more, but Advantage does. They are knowledgeable about our system. We signed up for their annual inspection and maintenance service which costs $125. If we need major repairs a portion of the fee will be applied to parts. They are almost always on time. If for some reason they cannot be on time they always called. One year on July 3rd our AC went out, and even though it was 100 degrees and the day before a major holiday they came right out, diagnosed the problem and had the parts in their truck to address the issue. A yer later at inspection time, they found that the part was failing and replaced it at no charge. The service techs are friendly, have conversations with us (and their office folks also). We feel lucky that we found these people. When the system needs replace we will most likely replace it with something different like a heat pump and they will be the first contractor that we will call. It is refreshing to have contractors like these folks.”
