Shockwave petunia

I bought shockwave petunia and they are going to seed. They are not blooming much and are not spreading out like advertised.

    I bought shockwave petunia and they are going yo seed. They are not spreading out and blooming much after being planted two months ago. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong to promote seed rather then blooms. Thank you
