Sky's the Limit Help

I have recently started growing roses and a little rose garden in my backyard. The area I chose was ideal for a treallis so I wanted climbers. I was told at the nursery Sky's the Limit was an excellent choice. I bought two and planted them on Mother's Day. Besides these two I planted a knockout, I think, and a miniature. With the miniature and knockout I used cheap potting soil and the sky's what was recommended by the nursery, a good soil. The mini and knockout have given me continuous blooms, but the sky's not producing buds or blooms only new growth and that is all. I have been trainig them on a treallis with cltoh twine. Does anyone have a clue as to why there are no roses with the Sky's the Limit? Is the soil to rich for them? Or is it going to take a couple season's for blossoms? Mind these yellow roses are already about 6' on the treallis. Please help with my Sky's!
