    Peace--but I don't grow it--too much BS.

    So, of the ones I grow, Double Delight is my favorite (yeah, I know--it poses some BS problems too.) Close runner-ups: Elle and Valencia.

    Come to think of it, that's all the HTs I grow.

    No favorite floribunda.

    Honey Perfume and Julia child are healthy with good repeat bloom(deadheading required)- yellow floribundas

    Pink HT - Perfume Delight is extremely fragrant, healthy and repeats well(with deadheading)

    HT is hard to limit to just one, so I'll do it by color;

    red - Taboo
    orange - Tea Time. Love this rose!
    lavender - Plum Crazy or Fragrant Plum
    white - White Lightning (might be considered a GR)
    yellow - Moonrise but you cannot get that, so Elina
    bi color - Acapella, but Imperatrice Farah is quickly growing on me!
    striped - Abracadabra or Claude Monet

    Floribunda's;
    Red - Lavaglut
    orange - Orange Sensation
    white - Escimo
    yellow - Golden Unicorn (might be a shrub, but great rose)
    lavender - International Herald Tribune
    bi color - Perfume Tiger

    Depends on when I look outside.

    HT (today) would be Let Freedom Ring. 25 open roses on it at the moment (thats good for a HT). From a dummy like me anyway. Beautiful 5 ft bush. No BS.

    I guess Flor. would be Black Cherry. Very little BS.
    Cleaned and sprayed it this morning.

    HT: Double Delight, yes it BS's but it's so pretty and smells soooo good.

    Flori: Tuscan Sun, gorgeous bloom machine.

    If you're looking for good repeat & disease resistance, I have to recommend two that are new for me this year: The HT Pope John Paul II & the Floribunda, Julia Child.

    Even in our present hellish heat, PJPII is blooming its head off -- all but unheard of for a white HT. The flowers are smaller than they were earlier, but at the moment my single bush has almost 40 open blooms, I kid you not. And Julia C just keeps pumping them out too.

    An older HT that I'm especially fond of is Brigadoon.

    Fori-Heaven on Earth-for its huge peony like blooms, diease resistance, and prolific flowering.

    I don't have any ht's but Strike it Rich wow what a flower and seems quiet vigorus. That tiny own root band has sent up two new canes and is already five foot tall.

    I think I would have to go by colour also.
    RED: toss between Crysler and Mr. Lincoln, Oh shoot and Burgund (Loving Memory) OMG and definitely Savoy Hotel (pink) and Pink Peace (deep bright pink) - Very Sorry, I could not pick one - there are more too, but I will leave it like this.

    Florabunda -0h My - No contest here - Amber Queen

    I have had some wonderful additions to my garden this year, but I don't know yet if they are winter hardy. So I won't include those. I also don't have problems with diseases here, so can't comment on that.

    These are ones that survive with protection in zone 3a.

    Floribunda - Honey Perfume, Cherry Parfait

    Hybrid Tea - Elizabeth Taylor, Liebeszauber

    Have fun!

    Favorite HT: Crimson Glory. Fragrance rivaled only by Chrysler Imperial. You'll get hooked on Crimson Glory.

    Favorite Floribunda: Angel Face, cute as can be, classic mauve fragrance

    Today my favorite is Daybreaker. It is new to my garden and has a good 20 buds, on its third flush so far. The flowers are a mix of yellow pink and peach, it produces flowers that have a hybrid tea shape on a floribunda. They are also long lasting in comparison to other floribundas that I have had.
    My Hybrid teas are okay right now I think that Folklore is a good hybrid tea.

    My favorite floribunda, by far, is 'Pink Gruss an Aachen'.

    I don't grow any hybrid teas, unless you consider PGaA a hybrid-tea, which is the case in some parts of the world such as the UK.

    I won't keep a HT unless I really like it. Today it is Moonstone. Tomorrow I would probably pick Brinessa or Mavrik or Louise Estes or ------. I think you get the idea. My favorite florabunda is Lady of the Dawn. Big beautiful bush always in bloom.

    Foribunda favorite is a no-brainer--DayBreaker of course for the many reasons I stated above!!!
    HT favorite is very hard, but Veterans' Honor and Moonstone are neck and neck in that race, with Brides' Dream a close second.

    Too many favorite HTs to be able to list only one.

    In the floribunda class Our Lady of Guadalupe, Lavaglut and Floral Fairy tale. Caramella (caramel fairy tale) is in competition with the above mentioned two.

    Of the floribundas, I have a three-way tie....

    HEAVEN ON EARTH.....
    My bush of it always looks great; good disease resistance here, large full flowers of apricot/peach, almost always in bloom.

    {{gwi:237917}}

    QUIETNESS....
    Hardy, disease-free here, flowers profusely, GORGEOUS form and color; easy to grow
    {{gwi:316669}}

    PINK ROSETTE....
    very free-flowering, easy to grow, blooms last a LONG time and hold up through rain & wind; cute as a button....

    {{gwi:316670}}

    MY FAVORITE HYBRID TEAS ARE...

    TIFFANY...
    (not only because its my daughter's name) but
    it smells wonderful...the color is drop-dead gorgeous...its
    perfect form is undeniable.

    {{gwi:316671}}

    ALOHA....
    can be a climber where its warm....healthy and hardy....
    beautiful two-tone blooms...

    {{gwi:316673}}
