I had one crocus bloom yesterday =:)

The viola is in the Princess' garden and she was thrilled because it was pink. She had to show her mother today. :)

Yes it counts...usually I have pansies in March, too. But this year, who knows when it will be. DH shoveled a path to the greenhouse for me yesterday. Not all the way to the ground, but it was definitely walkable. This morning I went down there and fell through the snow up past my knees. The snow is melting fast, but it has a long ways to go!

Our snow is gone except for a few small piles where it was plowed up, and we noticed yesterday that there's still some in the ditch on one side of our road, but that's shaded and on the south side, so that's normal. The snow went so fast it was incredible! I posted pictures in the gallery.

It is always exciting to see those first things bloom and plants poking their noses out of the ground.Half of the lawn is showing here and most of the flowerbeds are bare..YAY
