Thanks so much for your time checking on this, Carol. That article made me want some even more, even though they didn't have any specifics on the southern extent of their range. I bookmarked that IFAS publication for future reference.

I guess I need to see if my local extension service has an answer...if they don't know, I may plant some in the fall (probably too late to plant this spring already) and see how they go.
