mystery rose

I'm in Southwestern Virginia, in a historic neighborhood. A nearby house has a rose I love; I'm not sure if it's one of the older roses we have so many of around here, or if it's been planted in the last ten years or so.

It blooms twice a year, once in late spring/ early summer and then again now. The buds and early blossoms are solid yellow. As they age, they are edged in pink, then become entirely pink, and then fade to white.

The bush was cut back this spring, but if I remember correctly, it was tall and rambly before that.

Could it be a not-very-well-looked-after Peace?

sadly, i don't think it is a peace. the colors in the pictures at help me find and elsewhere are cosiderably paler and more muted than those of the rose i'm looking at, and i think the change in color is more drastic.

There are a few peace roses.
Chicago Peace (muted colors)
Love and Peace
Pink peace (this is not a pink peace)
A couple others whose names I cant remember.
It kinda looks like Spectra. I found a picture for you. It isnt wonderful either, but it is a picture.

I really think it is a spectra, as you mentioned it blooms twice a year. Cant be a peace because they bloom all during the season. Here are several more pics
