brown cracks/spots and little hole in tomato-help!!

I have several tomato plants, all with green tomatoes.

On several tomatoes, I've notice brown cracks that run down the length of tomato, and some have brown, uneven spots on them also.

One or two tomatoes had a small, perfectly round hole in them. What bug or disease could do this damage?

Could the brown cracks be underwatering?

Any experience, advice, or suggestions much appreciated!!!
