Hi Elyse, I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from Homeclick at a great price ($200 less than anywhere else) - they said they were discontinuing selling them. The delivery came as arranged. But, the good news ended there, as the door was damaged. Unfortunately, that was the last one they had in stock, so there was no replacement. They had to come and take it away and refund the money, which they did. Sad, though, as I had hunted for that fridge and had to start all over again. I would use them again, though.

I think they are actually a pretty small company. My order was mixed up and they charge you the whole thing, then you send back, then they credit part of your order. I had to call a few times to get my credit applied to my credit card. I'm afraid to order through them again.

You do know that they went bankrupt and now someone else is operating the homeclick name?

Their website went down a while back--I thought they were out of business so I was surprised when they started emailing me again (I signed up for sale alerts).

Thanks to all, and especailly for that link fori. I now remember that thread which was why a red flag went up in my head and I hesitated. I"m going to pass... I've got time, patience, and an inordinate ability to keep searching for the right deal!!

I have found them pleasant, but I will not use them again. I ordered a Harrington Brass faucet. It is defective. They are cheerfully refunding my money since they don't have another one in stock. The problem is that the labor charge for the plumber is my loss.
