I guess the question would be why? It's the "busiest" edging of all the various available from most fabricators, and trend is much simpler straighter edges on all counter materials.

Yes you can and it's beautiful. The quartzite I picked out actually had a chiseled edge already on the slab and I was told by the person selling the slab that I could keep the same edging. It's costing more then having a different edge but it's different then what I have seen in every other home so it's worth it. It will definitely stand out and since I am paying for a higher level of quartzite it's a small price to pay to have the chiseled edge.
