A photo of the full wall opposite the door & stove would be helpful. So would a sketch of the floor plan, with dimensions. Lastly, maybe can you be a bit more specific about what you want to achieve, beyond a table for eating?

How many people need to sit at a table?

You may have the room to put a small table/chairs in the middle of the kitchen, doubling like an island/workspace. And by small I mean very small, with two chairs or stools.

Lift top coffee table and folding chairs might work for you. They come in various configurations.

Without an actual to scale plan of the whole space there is no way to help. IMO in small spaces less is definately more since clutter just adds to the small feel. Do the plan on graph paper that makes it easier show every window and doorways where those lead All measurements clearly marked posted here in a comment in jpeg format. Right noew my advice would be finding some way to control all the clutter and really the fairy lights just add to the mess. DO NOT start another post.

Thing I would consider doing:

for an eating table, I would search for a bar-like cart on wheels, that can double as prep and a little extra storage space.

I really can't see any way to "separate the room" other than a movable screen positioned in line with the edge of the bathroom door wall. That would make your kitchen feel more cramped and not add to the living area, either.

When you are ready to remodel: 1) get a smaller sink and sink cabinet 2) consider a smaller stove (admittedly they are more expensive than a full size) or just get a small cooktop and a good multiuse toaster/convection/air fry counter oven that can live under the cooktop.

Take the time now to start looking for ideas, & shopping (not to buy now but to get ideas of costs.) I would look at Ikea's offerings - they have ideas ad items especially for small kitchens - and make use of their planner to try out ideas. If you aren't near an Ikea store, the website is pretty good anyway.
