The "Dream of the '90s" was alive in this industrial loft condo before Neil Kelly Portland Design Consultant Erika Altenhofen got her hands on it. No new roof penetrations could be made, so we were tasked with updating the current footprint. Erika filled the niche with much needed storage provisions, like a shelf and cabinet. The shower tile will replaced with stunning blue "Billie Ombre" tile by Artistic Tile. An impressive marble slab was laid on a fresh navy blue vanity, white oval mirrors and fitting industrial sconce lighting rounds out the remodeled space.

Designed for indoor, outdoor living the many decks, patios, porches, outdoor fireplace, and firepit welcome friends and family to gather outside regardless of the weather. From a high-performance perspective this home was built to and certified by the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home program and the EnergyStar program. In fact, an independent testing/rating agency was able to show that the home will only use 53% of the energy of a typical new home, all while being more comfortable and healthier. As with all high-performance homes we find a sweet spot that returns an excellent, comfortable, healthy home to the owners, while also producing a building that minimizes its environmental footprint. Cipriani marble clads a built in double vanity, built in tub, and decorative niches in this contemporary master bath. Artistic Tile's Dune series in Carrera Bianco clads full height storage cabinets. Walls and Ceiling are clad in smooth finish white plaster. A linear, low profile tray ceiling defines the ceiling. Accent lighting is provided by Hervé Van Der Straeten Sconces and Eric Schmitt Alabaster Chandeliers.

Classic Avondale PA master bath remodel. I love the new tiled shower with a Dreamline sliding glass surround. The oil rubbed bronze fixtures and really pull out the dark tones in the shower floor and decorative glass accent tile. Echelon cabinetry in Cherry wood with mocha stained finish were used for the spacious double bowl vanity and dressing area. This bathroom really speaks for itself. What an awesome new look for these clients.

Built at the turn of the century, this historic limestone’s 4,000 SF interior presented endless opportunities for a spacious and grand layout for a family of five. Modern living juxtaposes the original staircase and the exterior limestone façade. The renovation included digging out the cellar to make space for a music room and play space. The overall expansive layout includes 5 bedrooms, family room, art room and open dining/living space on the parlor floor. This design build project took 12 months to complete from start to finish.
