This home was a complete gut, so it got a major face-lift in each room. In the powder and hall baths, we decided to try to make a huge impact in these smaller spaces, and so guests get a sense of "wow" when they need to wash up! Powder Bath: The freestanding sink basin is from Stone Forest, Harbor Basin with Carrara Marble and the console base is Palmer Industries Jamestown in satin brass with a glass shelf. The faucet is from Newport Brass and is their wall mount Jacobean in satin brass. With the small space, we installed the Toto Eco Supreme One-Piece round bowl, which was a huge floor space saver. Accessories are from the Newport Brass Aylesbury collection. Hall Bath: The vanity and floating shelves are from WW Woods Shiloh Cabinetry, Poplar wood with their Cadet stain which is a gorgeous blue-hued gray. Plumbing products - the faucet and shower fixtures - are from the Brizo Rook collection in chrome, with accessories to match. The commode is a Toto Drake II 2-piece. Toto was also used for the sink, which sits in a Caesarstone Pure White quartz countertop.

We wanted this bathroom interior to be chic, sophisticated, and unique! Gorgeous Mexican tiled flooring paired with a black-framed French shower stall set the tone for this "globally infused" interior. A large soaking tub, classic white wall tiling, and brass accents create a classic feel whereas the deep blue-green vanity add a pop of color! Closer look of the open shower of the Master Bathroom. Shower pan is Emser Riviera pebble tile, in a four color blend. Shower walls are Bedrosians Barrel 8x48" tile in Harvest, installed in a vertical offset pattern. The exterior wall of the open shower is custom patchwork wood cladding, enclosed by exposed beams. Robe hooks on the back wall of the shower are Delta Dryden double hooks in brilliance stainless. Master bathroom flooring and floor base is 12x24" Bedrosians, from the Simply collection in Modern Coffee, flooring is installed in an offset pattern. Ceiling is painted in Sherwin Williams "Kilim Beige."

The marble wall has a builtin shelves on both sides to hold soap and shampoo. The dark wall is a large format glass tile called Lucian from Ann Sacks. The color is Truffle.

This Condo has been in the family since it was first built. And it was in desperate need of being renovated. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the condo. The laundry space was an old pantry that was converted. We needed to open up the kitchen to living space to make the space feel larger. By changing the entrance to the first guest bedroom and turn in a den with a wonderful walk in owners closet. Then we removed the old owners closet, adding that space to the guest bath to allow us to make the shower bigger. In addition giving the vanity more space. The rest of the condo was updated. The master bath again was tight, but by removing walls and changing door swings we were able to make it functional and beautiful all that the same time.
