This client really cooks, and it was important to put in as much storage as possible into this efficiently sized kitchen. We had lots of light so we could go with darker cabinets but we still wanted to brighten things up, so we went with a white quartz countertop. As with many of my clients, the animals in our lives are our family, so we incorporated a dog bowl area with a washable quartz countertop and a large drawer for all the food & treats in what would otherwise be an unused corner.

The kitchen is spacious and well-lit, with large windows that let in natural light. The walls are painted in an off white, which provides a neutral backdrop for the Dark Walnut look Mereway cabinets and gold accents. The countertops are made of a marble look Dekton, which is a durable, non-porous material that is resistant to stains and scratches. The worktops are also easy to clean, making them a practical choice for a busy kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a Fisher and Paykel Single oven and full-size steam oven, an induction hob with integrated downdraft, a full-size fridge and full-size freezer both fully integrated, and a gold Quooker tap; The sink is then clad in the Dekton with a gold base. The ovens are dark glass and when combined with the gold accents of the tap, sink and handleless rails, adds a touch of luxury and elegance to the kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with a variety of lighting fixtures, including pendant lights over the island, recessed lights in the ceiling, and under the cabinets. To finish the kitchen off, a bespoke bar area was created using the same finishes as the kitchen, but with a bespoke Lite Stone stone veneer backlit for a feature. Glass shelves hide into the stone allowing props to appear floating, whilst reflecting light off. The kitchen, bar and open plan area are a beautiful and functional space that is perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying a meal with family and friends.
