Creatively Different Designer Blinds
"Creatively Different Designer Blinds have been wonderfully helpful with a large photographic prints project that I've just finished at London's Park Plaza County Hall Hotel. The general manager there had asked me what I could offer to hide large cupboards that were an eye-sore in a main thoroughfare within the the hotel but which needed to be accessed. Creatively Different provided the perfect solution in the form of a robust, beautifully-printed roller blind, featuring one of my London landscape photographs.
After asking all the right practical questions, Creatively Different arranged for the bespoke blind to arrive within the week. It fitted the space perfectly and was easy to install. It looks fantastic and the client is very pleased. I will certainly be offering Creatively Different Blinds to other clients, as they are an elegant way to present my London photographs to fit all sorts of interesting spaces."

Grunberger Interiors
Custom, luxurious window treatments which have been tailored to the highest standards are a particular speciality for Grunberger Interiors.
The market is filled with bland, cookie cutter fabric and trim offerings provided by retailers who are salespeople first and designers second. The results are boring and uninspired, and all too often leave the homeowner feeling that something's still missing in their home's design.
Window treatments are so much more than a means to gain privacy and light filtration. Whilst this is very important, before you rush to cover up your windows, you should instead be thinking about how these coverings could be an important vehicle to realize your home's potential and make a powerful design statement.
My approach is to always think out of the box to develop fabric design schemes that are truly unique and eye catching. They tell a story of who you are and what you love. You won't find these selections and combinations at your local store. Your home's decor will shine and your experience of your spaces will be enhanced.
The process begins with my window treatment and soft furnishings consultation, which is a comprehensive design working design session filled with exiting ideas, inspiration and solutions. I bring a bespoke tray of carefully curated fabrics, trims, and wallpaper - your introduction to a world of possibilities.
After a design direction has been established, I will source beautiful fabrics and trims from a variety of trade resources, including the prestigious D&D building in Manhattan.
We shall reconvene and have an enjoyable, creative exchange of ideas and determine the perfect design scheme for each room. Professional measuring, frequent liaison with my bespoke workroom to ensure that every last detail has been addressed, followed by expert installation completes the design process.

This cherry island was custom made to meet the homeowners ideal color and it looks fantastic.
The rich cherry color makes a statement against the white maple cabinets and the crystal chandeliers.
The bold color immediately draws the eye to the island. The decorative custom built columns and marble countertop accentuate the style of this elegant kitchen.

Yoko Oda Interior Design
The decorative vanity millwork reflects this house’s Victorian heritage. The marriage of opposite design elements – rustic and sophisticated, and traditional and modern – creates eye-pleasing tension in this charming Victorian home. The unexpected accent natural-stone mosaic wall tiles with a modern chevron geometric pattern set the tone, and crisp modern paint palette and chrome fixtures provide a classic backdrop for a couple’s easygoing transitional style and spa bathroom.

Spire Integrated Systems Inc.
Welcome to five separate units of luxury living.
The residences at Greenleaf are the new standard for living the integrated lifestyle. While multiple systems control everything from lighting and powered windows, to custom wireless shades, the life of a Greenleaf resident iseasily controlled through their touchscreen interface.
A Single Interface – Unlimited Control
Greenleaf units are all controlled through an AMX system using an intuitive iPad user interface. With such a powerful system, residents are able to control their lighting, as well as powered shades and motorized windows through the simple touch of a button.
Intelligence in Technology
Thanks to automated sensors, residents are always in the know about their home and safety – whether at home or away. The control system monitors the weather and natural lighting to close powered windows if they need to be shut for incoming rain, and raise or lower shades automatically.
Lights can be set to turn on as any resident gets home from work late at night, welcoming them home after a long day away. While they are getting ready to head out for a night on the town, residents can listen to their favorite music throughout the home and call the elevator when they’re ready all from one spot.
Call stations allow you to always know who is at the front door, so having multiple guests over for dinner is easier (with less trips up and down the stairs). Remote, secure access allows the home owner to control their property from anywhere in the world and make sure everything is safe and sound.
Save Energy Without Lifting a Finger
Motorized shades can be raised and lowered automatically by the system according to weather and season for efficient light harvesting. Dimmers throughout the residences are set to a default turn-on of 80% for more energy savings. Residents can monitor their heating and cooling systems, as well as energy use, all from their touch pads at home or away.
Control that Disappears
At every Greenleaf residence your eyes focus on the luxurious design, not the state-of-theart technology that seamlessly controls it all. Spire collaborated to create custom solutions focused around an integrated lifestyle while maintaining the high-end design expected at the Greenleaf Trust building.

Tactile loveliness, a return to nature
A contemporary kitchen with fresh appeal, distinctive in its colour and shapes, but above all in its choice of very “concrete”, tactile materials: processed and treated with a rusted effect (the bronze-finish metals), with a mat finish (the granite work-tops) or put through procedures that give a raw, earthy impression, and remind us that cooking is an ancient rite. A kitchen that can be enjoyed through the touch and not just savoured with the eyes.
Innovative solutions underline the modernity of its contents and its versatility in use, while its references to nature make it unique. Special features that ensure its value will be appreciated every day.

Granit Architects + Interiors
We are delighted to have completed the radical transformation of a tired detached property in South Croydon.
When they appointed Granit, our clients were living in the property which had previously been divided into a number of flats.
The historic sub-division had resulted in an extremely poor use of space with redundant staircases, kitchens and bathrooms throughout.
Our clients sought to reconfigure the property back into a single dwelling for his growing family.
Our client had an eye for design and was keen to balance contemporary design whilst maintaining as much of the character of the original house.
Maximising natural light, space and establishing a visual and physical connection were also key drivers for the design. Owing to the size of the property, it became apparent that reconfiguration rather than extension provided the solution to meet the brief.
A metal clad ‘intervention’ was introduced to the rear facade. This created a strong horizontal element creating a visual balance with the vertical nature of the three storey gable.
The metal cladding specified echoed the colour of the red brick string courses tying old with new. Slender frame sliding doors provide access and views of the large garden.
The central circulation space was transformed by the introduction of a double height glazed slot wrapping up the rear facade and onto the roof. This allows daylight to permeate into the heart of the otherwise dark deep floor plan. The staircase was reconfigured into a series of landings looking down over the main void space below and out towards the tree canopies at the rear of the garden.
The introduction of double pocket doors throughout the ground floor creates a series of interconnected spaces and the whitewashed Larch flooring flows seamlessly from room to room. A bold palette of colours and materials lends character and texture throughout the property.
The end result is a spacious yet cosy environment for the family to inhabit for years to come.
Direct Tile Warehouse
Midas porcelain grey tiles are an excellent option for anyone looking for a sophisticated and modern flooring solution that is both stylish and practical. The lovely gloss finish and pattern variation between tiles adds some visual interest and depth, giving them an attractive eye catching appeal.
They also benefit from rectified edges, which means they have been precisely cut to ensure each tile is a uniform size and has straight edges, allowing for narrower grout lines. Combined with their large 80 x 80 size, they are ideal for use in contemporary open spaces or in areas where a seamless, polished look is desired.
These porcelain tiles are highly durable and resistant to wear and are an ideal choice for high-traffic areas in domestic or commercial environments. They are however glossy and may not be suitable for all environments especially where water is present.
For tiling advice such as grout colour suggestions and free cut tile samples of the Midas porcelain grey tiles please contact the Direct Tile Warehouse team.

Client Comments
“When I started the renovations I knew that I had to shop for kitchens, but had no idea where to start. However, during my search for kitchens, I happened to drop in at a friend’s house and noticed the tastefully designed kitchen done by Premium German Kitchens Limited. That day, my decision was made as to where I need to go. The workmanship coupled with the quality of the kitchen was way superior to many I had seen.
I had the space and requirement for the kitchen and PGK had the expertise and vision to implement and design my modern kitchen. Within a couple of consultations the design and order was secured. The delivery to installation went as planned and today I have the kitchen that I wanted with quality fittings and modern facilities.
I have no hesitation in recommending PGK Ltd to anyone who has an eye for luxury, class and quality. Well worth every penny I spent. All these comes with the bonus of friendly and helpful staff (Eranda & Mukesh) and with professional fitters too.”
