“My husband and I like to have friends over for dinner quite often, and we are total foodies. We love to cook! One of our favorite appliances is a Bosch 500 Series 30 Inch Built-in Warming Drawer we use them all the time when we have dinner parties. We were in the kitchen the week before one of our scheduled dinner parties when our Warming drawers started sticking and making a squeaky noise when you pull it out. He did not schedule and appointment to come back at a later time once he got the parts, no, he actually came prepared and fixed that day. I was ecstatic. I could not believe it. Normally in Manhattan it takes a month to get an appointment with a repairman and then they have to come back 2 weeks later when the parts come in. This was the least painful repair call I think we have ever had. My dinner party was saved, and it was a big hit, everybody had a great time. We will definitely be using New York Appliance Repair from now on, and recommending it to my entire friend and family, except my sister, let her find her own repairman, just kidding, lol. “The other day I went to get some ice from my Sub Zero Ice Maker and it was not working. We have had it for years and never had a problem with it before. I love my Ice Maker so I called up Sub Zero repair New York and I set up an appointment as soon as I could get one. I was impressed they had a guy out to my apartment within 48 hours. He took a look at the Ice maker and discovered that the Refrigerator Fan Icemaker Switch needed replaced. He said he had one with him, and he could do the work right away. I could not believe it. Every time I have ever used any appliance services in New York it has taken me minimum of two weeks and required at least two visits. One visit to give me an estimate and then a return trip once the parts have been procured to actually fix it. This was awesome I will definitely be calling Sub Zero Repair New York the next time I need my Refrigerator or Ice Maker fixed. I only wish they repaired all appliances. Maybe I should switch over to all Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, and then I could call them anytime I have a problem.”
