“Rob and Kassia Zinn of OAD transformed the 1950s house we purchased from one with dark, small rooms to a sleek, modern home. We now have beautiful views of the river behind the house from not just the kitchen, but the living and dining rooms as well. Their concept and design of a 500' deck off the second floor expanded our living space to the outdoors and turned a nondescript house into an exceptional one. Not only were they professional and timely, but OAD was cost-efficient as well. I have worked with several architects over the last 35 years but of all, OAD is exceptional.”

“We hired Mr. Rowley to help us design our custom house and walk us thru the process of selecting a builder. In anticipation of our first meeting with him, we sent him a package of magazine clippings as well as a letter outlining the general ideas we had for the house. During a vacation in the area, we had 2 face to face meetings with him; and before we returned north, he presented us with an initial draft plan. Most of the subsequent work was done remotely. When time came to select a builder, his guidance was priceless. Communication between us and Mr. Rowley was easy: he understood our vision, paid particular attention to details, and was of sound advice. We would gladly recommend him.”

“My husband and I enjoyed working with Bill, an architect, who lovingly designed the additions and renovations to our home. Bill listened to our needs and wants are beautifully articulated them in his design. Bill is very sincere, patient and kind. We could tell that he thoroughly enjoys what he does as opposed to seeing how much money he could make off of our project. We were happy with his prices and happy with his attention to detail.”
