He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. “We have worked with Stephen Flanagan & Studio One on two significant renovation projects at our home in Atlanta. The first was a major reno & addition to a 10 year old home in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Stephen helped us solve several major space issues and we absolutely love our house (inside & out). Spaces included new ktchen, garage conversion to den, new pool, lani & 2-story garage with a bonus room on second floor connected to house by an outdoor eating area & lanscaping. The second reno was a master bedroom/bath & a guest room & Jack/Jill bath. Again Stephan was wonderful to work with and we couldnt be happier with our new space!”

“I absolutely LOVED AG & Associates! Rashid is smart and kind. I know that might not seem important but when you are building your dream home it is because the whole process can be very daunting. Rashid LISTENED and took all of our thoughts and ideas to heart. He even went out to our sight and sat there to get a "feel" for our eventual home. He did this because we purchased an older lake home and needed to add on space (2 guest rooms and a large master suite). It was important to blend the old with the new and make it look like the new had always been there...it was very important that it did not look like an addition. He also redesigned the interior space of the old and added a wonderful outdoor space as well. Rashid did all this while staying within our budget (not drawing an over-the-top place that we would fall in love with but never be able to afford). Equally as important is his timely responses to questions and his timely delivery of the plans. We were within a very tight time frame and Rashid delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of AG & Associates. You WILL NOT be disappointed.”

“I have used Norris Broyles on three projects. He has done complete house design, an in-law suite, and my current project, a finished basement to include bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and a few other modifications. On each project, Norris Broyles created superior design work and his plans are so complete that my contractors rarely had a single question during the construction. One of Norris’ skills, besides design, is communication. On each project, Norris listened intently to what I wanted the completed project to look like and each time he has delivered. He is wonderful at translating ideas into a finished plan. His wealth of experience comes into play with each project. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Norris Broyles and his firm whether it’s a room, a large area, or a complete house.”

“Could not be happier!!! Outstanding customer service, communications, and quality of work! Erika listened to our wants and needs, visited our unique home site, looked at our idea books, and then helped us design a home of our dreams! She carefully took the time to factor in the ancient oak trees around the homesite which we wanted to keep, and thoughtfully incorporated important details of architectural features we salvaged from the previous old home. She is prompt with her work and reasonably priced. Can't wait to start construction!! Also hired her to design a detached garage & cottage plan to match!”
