She truly is a talented architect who has both great vision and is detail oriented; making the process of designing and constructing my fitness studio a fun and seamless one. I appreciated that she kept in constant contact with me, and was very hands on from design through construction. I felt comfortable asking questions and giving input, and am was very satisfied with the results. Pictures of the studio can be found on Facebook under 'The Dailey Method Calabasas'. Its a beautiful space. Clients of the studio rave about how beautiful, well lit, and comfortable the space is. And we owe it all to Audrey Sato Design Studio!”

“We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. “My husband and I own a four unit apartment building in the Beverlywood area of Los Angeles that was constructed in the '40's. It was originally one of the "Co-op Style" buildings similar to the condos of today. Due to extenuating circumstances, it has been extremely difficult to update the building. HHDesign, with confidence and poise came to our rescue. Their professionalism and architectural expertise have turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. We were so impressed with their portfolio which is largely high-end and contemporary. This could have possibly been a stumbling block, however; you can imagine how pleased we were when, at their suggestion, they maintained the integrity of the building and style of the neighborhood. Even better yet, while honoring our budgetary constraints, they managed to give the building and grounds an incredibly needed facelift and artfully pulled the exterior facade into the 21st Century. We have had numerous complements from neighbors and friends and now have pride of ownership thanks to the tireless efforts and extraordinary service afforded by HHDesign. “After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“I hired Willis Daniels and Willisland Design to complete the redesign, expansion, and remodeling of 5 houses for re-sale. The results were extraordinary. I believe that the homes sold for significantly more than market and more than other projects in the area due to Willis' excellent ability to collaborate and his incredible design sensibility. I have hired him on many additional projects and have seen his work for others. HIRE WILLIS! He is passionate about his success, yes, but he is also passionate about yours. Willis is a great human and great designer.”

“Form Found Design is our go to firm when it comes to all things related to building design. Form Found is highly creative, innovative, at technology's cusp and highly responsible. I am the Executive Director of an international humanitarian organization based in So Cal. I did not look far when we needed guidance to plan innovative housing which has the potential to scale to over 10,000 homes. Initially I thought I would handle the project personally since I am an architect. I am so deeply glad I did not take on the project as I have witnessed firsthand, as a client, the depth and care Joseph and Ron have given to our project named Homes of Hope. Joseph and Ron don't "Let go" of an idea until it is perfected. Their attention to detail astounds me. Form Found Design is the epidemy of "Going the extra mile." Tandem to the highly professional manner in which they deal with all of our projects, Joseph and Ron are two of the nicest people on the planet. He has incredible taste and was able to guide us from concept to design to execution so that the end result was far greater than we had even hoped. Doug worked beautifully with our contractor and quickly resolved any problems that arose with calmness and the utmost professional demeanor. The architectural design was so detailed that there were no surprises, and the job came in essentially exactly on budget. Every detail was sourced, every quote was reviewed and every question answered quickly.
