“We hired Sam at the beginning of 2009 to do a partial renovation of an old farm house in northern New South Wales. He was very professional and when any problems arose always had a solution which was helpful when we had not renovated before.
There were complexities with moving walls and re-jigging ceiling roses etc but nothing was too much trouble.
We all worked with an excellent building team and together made our renovation work both inside and outside with inground tanks and a swimming pool.

“We engaged Sam from Raywells Design to design our home renovation which included a second story addition and major works to the existing. Sam worked closely with us during the whole design process taking into account our personal tastes and style and guiding us to ensure everything flowed. We found him to have a wealth of knowledge and experience and he was happy to make alterations to the plans to keep us on budget. We had Sam do all our interior selections which was a huge benefit as once they were all selected it made the whole process stress free, kept us on budget and ensured the design features were seamless.
Once the renovation commenced Sam Project Managed the build and kept us constantly updated with how things were progressing. He was always very approachable and he actually cared about our vision for our home and wanted the best outcome for us. The project was completed on time and within budget.
We have dealt with Sam regularly over the past 18 months during the design and build and at all times he has been reliable, punctual, professional, organised and extremely easy to deal with. I found Greg O’ Donnell to have a calm and friendly manner that belies his experience, professionalism and attention to detail. He deals clearly and calmly with the many small and large issues that arise during such a project.
He was always accessible and generous with his time for consultation and advice which we often did by video chat and screen sharing. He was happy to bounce around then work through alternative ideas, a process by which we arrived at what I believe was the optimal design, and all within our budget.
