“Mr. Miranda worked with me as both architect and general contract manager on three different projects (renovation of: 1. kitchen & living room; 2. master bedroom suite and guest bathroom; and 3. back yard) . The most recent of these was the repair and renovation of my tiled back yard. This project included not only selecting appropriate materials, but also repairing a faulty drainage system. Mr. Miranda was very thorough in examining the area to determine what needed to be done, very knowledgeable in dealing with city permits and other government requirements and very patient and clear in explaining the plans, options and schedules to me. Mr. Miranda's familiarity with both supply sources and subcontractors insured my project progressed smoothly and on schedule. Because most business in Puerto Rico is conducted in Spanish, it was an added plus for me that Mr. Miranda is fully bilingual. He was readily available throughout the project for clarifications about the work for both the workers and for me.”
