This saved us the cost of having to have a plan drawn up from scratch. Don was very helpful in guiding us through the changes we wanted to make to the initial plan. He has been available to us for guidance when we needed further resource recommendations during the builiding process. The cost for the house plans and his services were well in line with our budget. “Perry House Plans team is an excellent choice when you want a well designed home. They had a design that we liked but there were some changes and additions we added to it. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they delivered. We are right now in the process of building this home which has impressed everyone that has come by looking at its progress. They even did a plot plan for us setting up the house on our lot which was helpful for the contractor. Before we decided on using them we had looked at their web site and enjoyed seeing all the aesthetically pleasing exterior design and great floor plans.”
