But Clint listened to our vague ideas of what we wanted (large wine cellar, sport court, minimal hallways, outdoor kitchen, living areas, anticipated layout of existing furniture, split bedrooms, etc.) and created a layout that far exceeded our expectations. For example, he designed a small courtyard with fire pit that we are using constantly. He added groin vaults that add a very dramatic touch to our entry and master with minimal cost. He went room-by-room to design ceilings to meet that room’s personality. His breadth of home design is apparent as the “little details” were addressed.
