“At the time I was considering building a house on property that I owned I did not have a clearly defined project in mind. I started by interviewing builders, attending the annual Parade of Homes and talking with people who had built custom homes in my area. The name Kevin Treece Custom Residential Design, Inc. came up in conversation so frequently that I made an appointment with Kevin Treece and now, about a year later, I am happily enjoying the experience of a new home! It was most helpful to review these design options and pricing for the various options. His knowledge about materials, design standards, color, etc. was important in helping me define space usage. As an additional bonus, Kevin was familiar with the homeowner’s association architectural committee guidelines and was able to provide specific details for working within the association covenants. Kevin worked very well with my builder, Marc Daniels of Big Mountain Builders; Kevin was available and on sight as needed throughout the building project.
