“Could not be happier!!! Outstanding customer service, communications, and quality of work! Erika listened to our wants and needs, visited our unique home site, looked at our idea books, and then helped us design a home of our dreams! She carefully took the time to factor in the ancient oak trees around the homesite which we wanted to keep, and thoughtfully incorporated important details of architectural features we salvaged from the previous old home. She is prompt with her work and reasonably priced. Can't wait to start construction!! Also hired her to design a detached garage & cottage plan to match!”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

“Our experience with Nathaniel Seay is almost too great to capture in words. He is easy to work with in style, and very adept at hearing what one is hoping for in a design, translating it with wonderful skill into a beautiful home. His work was so much more of what we wanted than we ever knew we were expressing, and he was able to add special touches that perfectly enhanced the outcome. We are often asked for his contact information by friends and even passersby who see our house from the exterior--his gifts are that apparent and enticing to those who are beginning a building process. In addition, he worked wonderfully and professionally with our builder, with none of the tension that sometimes exists between architect and contractor--indeed they became friends and colleagues who hope to share more projects in the future. We would work with Nathaniel again at any opportunity--a fine and ethical man who takes seriously one's own vision as he designs, and has the expertise and innate talent to make it both workable and beautiful.”

“ArchiPars did a fantastic job translating our vision for a new updated space with creative solutions and an elegant design. At the first steps of our project, while we had some problem with our previous Architect, after hiring ArchiPars, they looked at the space and came back with several alternatives that made our life easier. We loved two out of five and eventually proceeded with the most favorite one, which was really creative and cost effective. They all are really nice with good communication skills and we loved their professionalism. They showed really proactive and it was a enjoyable project in overall. Would work with them again if we have enough money to do similar things.”

“Opening up our 40 year old kitchen modernized the look and its functionality. Now our breakfast room and kitchen are one room which improves conversation and entertaining. Opening the kitchen, the glass island vent hood separating the kitchen from the breakfast room and the granite counter tops were the highlights of our remodeling. Remodeling included new appliances, counter tops, porcelain tile flooring, resurfacing the cabinets and painting. We met with Sola Design several times in our home, their studio and stores. They recommended and worked with contractors and even volunteered to "house-sit" the contractors! Sola was with us all the way during this.project and they were fun to work with also a BONUS!!!”
