“We hired Bruce to design an addition to our 900 square foot lake cottage. He drew plans to change the kitchen to a foyer, add a new kitchen, bathroom, and change a utility closet to a laundry area which also houses the on demand water heater and pump. He also designed a large deck lakeside and a covered porch on the roadside. He included central heating and air conditioning. His complete and detailed plans allowed us to be the general contractors. The end result is even more exciting than we anticipated. We would recommend Bruce to anyone looking for an excellent, thoughtful, flexible, and accommodating architect!”

Many had one or more attractive attributes but none were a “one-stop shop” for all our residential architectural design, permitting, and contractor sourcing management needs. “We first worked with Steve on a basement project in 2005. It turned out very well. We contacted him again in 2009 to rebuild a 1929 cottage which we received many compliments on how well we utilize the space and incorporated/recycled material. Recently (March, 2014) we contacted Steve to update our 12 year - old kitchen with limited budget. Steve catered to our needs by listening well. Steve is very knowledgable in every aspect of building and designing. Steve has a very good reputation among contractors he works with. It was easy to tell from their demeanor when we met to discuss the project on hand. We definitely highly recommend Steve's service to anyone who needs someone who is trustworthy and with your best interest in mind.”
