“I was planning a modular Kitchen for my Home. I was looking for suitable design and fittings at budget. I searched through a lot of websites and interior based applications. But I was struggling to select a design. Also the quoted prices were very high. It ranged between 2 to 3 lakhs. My idea was to keep the material quality high for long term durability and keep the design minimal and elegant. That’s when a Designer&Architect Mr.Muneer came to my knowledge through a good of my mine. I immediately called him and shared my thoughts. He was very polite and agreed to come and visit my house the next day. After the visit Muneer confirmed that we can do the design but the price for implementing the same will be higher than what I expect. He was honest about it. During the designing phase, Muneer explained me clearly how the cost would increase for the fittings based on the options we keep in the design. He guided and made several adjustments in the design to keep the look as elegant as possible and reducing the overrated accessories. Still keeping the ones that are essential for a modular Kitchen. Post few corrections, the design was complete and it looked good. The next step was to implement the same. I asked help from Muneer to help finding a kitchen interior company that can convert this design to a real thing in budget.However, in my head, I still had the concerns about the price, as it always go Up than what you imagined. Muneer helped me to get multiple price quotation from different home interior companies. The price varied with each company. In addition to this there were lot of differences in the price based on the wood quality. The price was higher than what I expected. But it was a lot better than previous ones which I got myself through websites and apps. I would rather say Muneer helped me to choose an option with a decent price range and not my planned budget. Muneer explained and helped to understand the cost involved. I also did my research based on the inputs and all were higher in price compared to the one he suggested. After multiple thoughts I decided to go with the option suggested by Muneer. He did not stop there, and helped further negotiating the price with the kitchen interior vendor and got the deal done at a good price. Also he was kind and helped through out the Journey until completion. Finally I got my Modular Kitchen at a decent Price range, Good quality and finishing. Many of us are worried about the hidden cost that might come when planning for a home interior and it is hard to trust any vendor nowadays. If you are looking for trustable person, good at design and clear transparency on price. I would suggest Muneer. For all the help and support provided he charged me only for the design. Pros: You can make changes and say okay to the design when you are satisfied. Complete freedom to choose what you need. Also you can decide when to go forward with the fitting.”
