“I live away from big cities and I was trying to find a local company to draw the plans for our living quarters in our barn. I found Mr. Navarro on Houzz and I am so glad I did. Our plans were ready in 3 weeks! He was very helpful in correcting some of our ideas when he thought a better way was indicated. We start building in about a week. He is located in Port Lavaca, Texas and his rate is very reasonable.”

“My husband and I bought a very 1980's house in the Rockport Country Club in 2009. We wanted to update the exterior and create a more inviting entry way. We found Steve almost by accident, but what great luck! He was terrific! He created a dramatic front patio with a pergola and stone wall, complete with a concrete accent "rug" that became a central feature of the walkway. He also changed the exterior color to a warm gold that we just love. It gives the house a Spanish feel and sets it apart from all the other plain white stucco homes in the area. Steve was not only creative, but he came in on time and within our budget. He helped us with landscaping that turned out really nicely as well. Besides creating an awesome entry way, Steve was invaluable in helping us manage the project from a distance as we hadn't moved here yet during the renovations. He got us through quite a few structural disasters that were not detected during the inspection. We now also have a fine new roof and a new chimney that really compliment the new entrance. I would highly recommend Steve for any project large or small, interior or exterior. He is not only talented, but is a pleasure to work with. Steve has lived in Rockport for many years, so he knows every contractor in the area. Steve's reputation in the area is one of creativity and integrity He always puts the customer first.”
