“We have actually used Mitch Ginn to draw two homes for us. The first time (in 2005) we brought him a Waffle House napkin and some other papers where we drew our floor plan concept. He took our napkin and verbal wish list and drew up the PERFECT home inside and out. When our life circumstances changed, we returned to him in 2011 and again, he took what we told him and created another PERFECT home. This man is incredibly talented and truly listens to his clients. Even when I had trouble completely verbalizing my vision, he saw it and drew exactly what we had in mind. His design was fresh, creative and in our case captured the historical essence we desired. (We have not completed the landscaping or painted the front steps yet, but otherwise, it is complete.)”

“I've worked with Jerry several times over the years. He's professional, thoughtful and has decades of residential and commercial experience. We just had him build several custom cedar gates and replace several panels of ornate cedar fencing that had rotted prematurely due to incorrect installation. The gates he created were well constructed and lighter than the previous ones with higher quality installation. They look like they'll last 2-3 times longer than the originals. I would highly recommend him to anyone!”

“My wife and I have worked with Tom Rogers multiple times in the past. In particular, he designed a retirement home for us several years ago. More recently Tom designed and modified a garage, breezeway and merged into the main dweling for us. This created multiple challenges due to merging two structures (detached garage to a main dwelling including a breezeway), all with different roof pitches. In working with us, Tom not only designed the structures, he prepared graphical 3D views before construction and how the look would be during various times of the day, aka, sun movement. In the final design, Tom provided detailed construction drawings that was applauded by the contractors used. When the design was presented to the homeowner's association for approval, approval was granted within hours which is unheard of. This immediate approval was in part the result of such a clean, clever and appealing design that enhanced the look of the home. All in all, we can not say enough about Tom's professional competence, attention to detail, wisdom of his years experience and his unique ability to carefully listen to his client. Tom comes with outstanding praise. Note the first two pictures are the before state and the last two pictures are after Tom's design and construction.”
