“Patty was totally involved in the re-do from start to finish. She was present at every delivery, installation, contractor job start, etc. Patty heard everything we said about what we liked, disliked, wanted to achieve. She even "heard" things we didn't say, and she "heard" correctly! She never pressured us in any decision we were making. She offered several options and then enthusiastically worked with our choices. She examined every item that came into our home to be sure it was exactly what we ordered and that there were no defects. When an area rug arrived with a flaw, she immediately called the company and requested a replacement. When our painter used a lower quality paint than she requested, she immediately saw the problem and called them to rectify the problem - at no additional cost to us and in a speedy time frame. Patty not only was an experienced professional from start to finish, but she became a "friend" in every sense of the word.
