We realized this would be a lengthy project of planning and implementing. Renovating an existing home is a daunting task due to limits imposed by our original structure and footprint of the home. We hoped to retain the charm and update the structure. Our dream was a home that allowed for family and friends to relax in comfort while enjoying our spectacular Kailua Beach. We interviewed several architects all with wonderful resumes.
