“My Illinois State cutting board is absolutely beautiful. The wood is clearly of the utmost quality, and the edges are very precisely defined. I've been using it as a display piece because it almost seems too pretty for every-day kitchen use, but when I do occasionally use it to cut up fruit or vegetables it seems quite sturdy as well. All in all, I couldn't be happier with it!”
