“My husband and I are pleased to review and highly recommend our artist, Tom from Wow Effects. He is the most professional home interior decorator that we have ever met for painting. His attention to detail is incredible, we have no qualms recommending him to any employer for any artistic paint job. He had a vision for what we had described that was actually more accurate than we could have come up with on our own. He offers inspired suggestions. He did an artistic faux finish with an antique, old-world but spa-like feel in our master bedroom and bath. He did a faux finish, gold dining room for us and he did a collegiate, nostalgic mural thru-out our home gym. Now the whole house gets us rave reviews and gives us so much pleasure. He is a perfectionist and immaculate. He is trustworty and hard-working. You will not regret his help with any artistic painting project you desire for your home.”

“I have worked with Warnock Studios on several projects over the past twenty years. The first project was my home in Miami, Fl. The team created beautiful authentic Venetian plaster walls as well as faux effects throughout the house. That home won several design awards as was featured in magazines. We later bought a summer home in N Carolina and I wanted to create a special effect on the ceiling in a room for my husband. We decided on an antique world map. After taking careful measurements, the map was painted onto a canvass in the studio and then brought to the house for installation --- a perfect fit with a big impact and a favorite feature in the house. When we moved to central Florida to a home with a small powder room with a curved wall, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I called Tom (Warnock) and presented a big challenge. I asked him and his team to re-create Ingres Grande Odalisque on the curved wall ceiling to floor. After diligent research and meticulous planning, they met the challenge. The image was painted onto canvass in the studio and then brought to the site for installation. It is spectacular! Tom Warnick is a true professional and his team is comprised of very talented artists and artisans who take great pride in their work and pay attention to the smallest of details. I highly recommend them.”

“I have contracted with Tim Knepp for many years on multiple projects of varying scales (from illustrations for flat graphics, to interpretive exhibit wall murals, to animal exhibit mural habitat scenes, to digital artwork for computer interactives). He has great skill in creating beautiful and detailed art of the natural world with scientific accuracy. He is wonderfully pleasant to work with, listens well to the client, and incorporates the client's subtle verbal or written descriptions into vivid artwork, and when needed he will offer helpful suggestions to make the final product serve the audience better.”

I am always amazed how she is able to make you feel as if you are the only client she is working with and remains very attentive to the work that she is doing. The design aspect is second to none. The execution of a idea into a completed work of art is truly astonishing. The latest work of art has been the creation of a mural that covers the walls of my dinning room. She was able to take photos that I supplied her with along with her detailed investigation of my heritage and create a beautiful representation of my homeland. To say that I am pleased would be an understatement.”

“Billet Collins is everything good and creative. There has not been a disappointment amongst the man projects they have done for my firm. They have painted on fabric that then became a throw when it was impossible to get something fine enough for a photoshoot. It seems that no idea is too much a challenge for these professionals. I am truly excited each time i get to work with them on a project!”
