“J & R Construction just finished a second project for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. When I agreed to have them do the work, I was scheduled quickly and the work was completed perfectly. Rafael always kept me informed about the work, and any changes he encountered. He returned calls immediately and was on-site, and working when he said he would be there. He was professional when he worked with my neighbor, he left my neighbor’s property in the condition or better than he found it. Every day after completing the work day, my property was cleaned and his equipment was neatly stored in my backyard. Scope of project: Remove black rock and install 73 sq. feet of pavers in the area where the rocks had been located. I would recommend J & R Construction without hesitation.”

I found Daniel and his team to be very easy to work with, honest, and provided accurate estimates. The workers were wonderful and clean. They acted like they were guests in our home and always made sure they did not inconvenience us with the noise level. Ken understands the structural, mechanical, and technical aspects of construction inside and out. His drawings are exceptional. (We have received numerous compliments on the plans from contractors.) But he also has an incredible sense of design - from overall concept, to layout and flow, to architectural details, to lighting and interior design. He becomes heavily invested in his projects, and it clearly shows. The quality of his work is far better than many of the high-dollar architects we could never afford. It has been a fun process, we are thrilled with the result, and along the way we made a great friend. What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend Ken to anybody who is looking to build or remodel a house!”

“Jack remodeled my Mom's dry-rotting bathroom. He redid the floor, doubled the shower size, and increased storage by 50%. He had to move the toilet to make make it all possible. Jack & I exchanged drawings and photos by email because I live in an nearby county. Jack's quote was in the middle of two others, but he knew more about remodeling than both of the other bidders put together. His crew was on-time, clean, friendly, and respectful. Jack even drove my Mom to select accessories and hardware! Jack also met his quote of one week from tear-down to completion. Mom has been enjoying her new bathroom for about one year. No leaks. No cracks. No problems. I had a good feeling about Jack's abilities from the start. He exceeded our expectations.”

“HUG Construction did a fabulous job on our upstairs remodel (Living, Dining, Kitchen, Master Bedroom & Bath, Laundry) and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the Spokane, WA, vicinity. Josh and his team were able to take our ideas & thoughts and transform them into reality for us. And when we were stuck ourselves on what we wanted to do, both Josh and Titus were able to provide design help to get us through it, especially on the new fireplace and the custom designed stairwell railing. Every contractor and worker was professional and on time, the entire project was completed in less than 2 months, and it all came in at the budget we set originally for it. The scope of our project was fairly large, at least for us ... new tile flooring throughout, removed & re-laid wood flooring, heated sub-floor installed under the tiling in the master bath, existing cabinet re-facing & new cabinets added, new countertops & tile backsplash in kitchen and bathroom, new shower with glass enclosure, new lighting, new trim and new paint throughout. It feels like we have a brand new house now, and we absolutely love it!”
