“When you go in ask for Patrick, he is very hands on in the mill and can help you price out lumber you are looking for. We were looking for some antique timbers to hang in a ceiling for a loft extension remodeling job. Delta had some 8x8 100 year old reclaimed long leaf pine timbers from an old Texas peanut factory. Killer look, at a reasonable price. We're looking at using them again in the future to purchase an antique mantel piece. If you're looking for hard-to-find-vintage-materials, Delta comes highly recommended.”

“We have worked with Summit Stoneworks on two different jobs at our condo in Austin. They were very professional both times in the way they handled each job. We initially visited their business and looked at their inventory of granite for a kitchen counter. They had a very good selection and we were able to find several choices for our project. We left those selections with the reception person with our contact information. Within 24 hours they emailed up with the cost of each granite selection and installation cost . We chose granite, paid a deposit and were given a project manager's name that would be contacting us to schedule the initial visit to measure, etc. He came out that week, took his measurements, discussed edge, etc. We were able to go to plant and decide how the granite would be cut from slab. Installers came, were very professional and did a wonderful job. The project took a little over 2 weeks from start to finish. Our second project was a travertine sink top for a double sink in the master bath. The sequence was the same as the initial job but an added benefit was that we were able to get a discounted price on the slab after being notified by Summit that they were having a sale on some of their inventory. We could not have been more please with the outcome of both jobs and would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“We recently bought a new house made of Texas limestone, a thick, off-white coloured stone that made the house a fortress and needed some warming up. We weren't looking for just any type of wood, we had criteria - sustainable, rare, beautiful...We went to Krantz Select Woods not knowing much about wood and left there wood experts. It's a husband and wife team and they took the time to explain everything about sinker cypress and reclaimed long leaf pine, two woods with the coolest back story ever. Quote process was quick and easy and delivery exactly as promised. We used their wood in our entry, on ceilings, for a desk and a few shelves and to clad two giant beams in the middle of our house. Our house is still a fortress but a modern, warm and inviting one.”
