“As an Architect, I have been specifying mouldings from Erich's Fine Woodworking for more than 10 years. They have a large selection, but will make custom mouldings for any of my projects as well. Many of my designs include built-in cabinetry from Erich, which get painted on site, and look as though they were always there. Erich is a talented woodworker, and I would recommend his services for any project, interior or exterior.”

“I am an Interior Designer based in NYC. Metropolitan Home Hardware & Bath has an amazing showroom filled with a gorgeous selection of tiles and stone and staffed by knowledgable, friendly, and helpful staff. I went to MHH&B, hoping that I could get inspiration for master bath renovation project, and I was not disappointed I worked with the owner Richard, who was incredibly helpful both in the showroom, and after the purchase. Richard helped me come up with some interesting design schemes and gave me samples of tiles, stone, etc. He even drew a very impressive sketch of what the tile pattern could look like and created a more unique flooring pattern. I have dealt with Ann Sacks, Waterworks, ect...- to try to find similar items, only to be disappointed. I highly recommend visiting the showroom for inspiration. it can be overwhelming, so make sure to ask someone for help. It's free and will make a huge difference in the final outcome in your project. Do yourself a favor and go visit. Richard is amazing and will help you plan and design your space, give you samples and quotes, and even help you out once the purchase has been completed.”

“The professionals at Dain's lumber guided me through a project I had envisioned, but I could not figure out how to do it. They helped with some design ideas, had every item in stock and available, custom cut every piece of wood precisely and recommended a contractor to complete the project for me. The contractor was reasonably priced. honest and timely. “Purchased beautiful brick from this company. Service and management was great. had the supplies on time. They even helped me load it up (had to take two trips). They gave us great install tips that would help maximize the look and feel we were trying to accomplish. “My experience with Galactic Tile was a delight from beginning to end. My husband and I wandered into their showroom on 3rd Avenue in Brooklyn, NY in the early stages of renovations on the brownstone we purchased two years ago. They are located across the street from Costco Warehouse where we shop which is how we discovered them. Upon first entering the showroom, my husband and I were immediatedly awed and enchanted by the beautiful and large selection of tile! Galactic Tile stocks everything from your very basic, to tile that can be considered "artwork." Their selection is also very "current." We had previously visited other tile showrooms whose selections were extremely dated. "Tommy" who assisted us in choosing our tile and who was ultimately our contact for the remainder of the transaction, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He was also so accomodating, that we also ordered our shower glass through Galactic Tile and used their subcontractor for installation (also a very professional and satisfying experience). I would highly recommend Galactic Tile for their exemplary service and beautiful tile selection.”
