“Built an addition onto our home. Added a large living space,new Roof,and new master bathroom. Created walk in closet from Old bathroom. DMLC created the plans and hired all the work force. Provide multiple samples and even though it had a few unusual items for this area, provided suggestions and accepted the idea. Also do all the inning of getting rid of old bathroom fixtures. They were clean and helpful And the contractor was such an amazing person to work with on our window treatment. The whole experience was amazing and the result is truly one of a kind.”

“We needed Schulter products for our bathroom project. We went to Florida Tile and they had everything "IN-STOCK" Schluter - Kerdi and Ditra. We had them order our stainless steel Rondec. Our bathroom style is very contemporary and the stainless steel edge really sets off the tile. It took less than a week for it to come in and it was perfect! We saw these products featured in a Houzz bathroom and found who sold it. We are in the process of installation now and getting all of our products like grout etc from them as well. I wish I had thought of them prior to my tile purchase. They have an unbelievable selection! Nice counter staff as well, very knowledgable.”

“We worked with Jim Patrick in 2010 to develop a floorplan in an old apartment space we were having remodeled. The original space consisted of a small 1-BR apartment, and 3 adjacent (non-included) "sleeping rooms" from pre-war times. Jim helped us redesign the space(s) into a lovely, spacious 2-BR 2-bath apartment. Our general contractor used Building Materials for the project's materials. It was a pleasure doing business with Jim Patrick and Building Materials, Inc.”

“I worked exclusively with Dani Hunckler Beaman on a complete remodel of my master bathroom. Dani helped design the new bathroom, helped me select tile floor and wall tiles as well as accent tile, zero entry shower design, dual vanities and countertops as well as all faucets and hardware. She advised on installation of heatied flooring. She did an incredible job. She was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Great result!”
