“I hired Robert to replicate an interior door with a couple requested changes, and it turned out great! My house was built in 1928 with very nice multiple level molding single panel doors. I have two cats and wanted to relocate the litter box to the basement, and so I needed to install a pet door, but I knew I would butcher the door if I did it myself. I also wanted the door to be longer as we are taking out the thick carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors, and the bottom gap from the current door would be too large. I called several places for quotes on the project, 4 responded. Two were insanely expensive, at $2k and $4k for the project. Robert's price at $530 was right inline with the 4th quote, but he was more responsive and I liked his website showcasing past work. Robert was easy to work with and quickly understood what I was looking for. He was flexible with evening pickup and delivery times, allowing me to not miss work. When he delivered the door, he quickly made the modifications needed to have the new door fit fit in the old, non-square frame. I'd highly recommend him and have attached some pictures for comparison (old door is painted).”

“New Dimension Construction recently worked with Crown Point Cabinetry on a very large custom project. The kitchen and bar were made from antique quarter sawn oak. The vanities and armoires were constructed from antique chestnut. The quality is excellent and the design team a pleasure to work with. We are very glad that we found a great trade partner!”

“I first brought Boxco into the project to help me figure out how I could get more counter space and keep the same small footprint of the kitchen It was a joy working with Gallagher who listened and came up with elegant solutions for my space.Once I could see the possibility of more counter space. it was clear I needed to redo the 40+ year old kitchen which Boxco guided me through from start to finish. Gallagher is efficient, knowledgeable, clear, not afraid to offer suggestions and a pleasure to work with. It was the same with Dave who spent more or less a week installing the cabinets and creating the spaces for the appliances. He is a fine craftsman, works patiently, systematically and very considerate. I love my new kitchen! the cabinets are beautiful - finely crafted and so easy to use. The finish on the cabinets and color are pleasing.”

“Scott Healy, owner of attention to detail came with a recommendation from everyone in our town of manchester, vermont. Every word was true. The entire process was fantastic. Scott is highly experienced in renovations. His attitude was very professional, he stayed within our budget and he worked well with us and all of his contractors. We had some deadlines and all of them were accomplished thanks to Scott. I ended up with the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever had! I would recommend attention to detail to anyone needing a new kitchen or bathroom!”

“I asked Dan Martin and his team at Goguen Construction to design a plan to build an in-law apartment above my garage and over my kitchen and bathroom area. This area will consist of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. I also wanted to make some changes to my existing rooms in my house. This would include adding a master bedroom and bath and a walk-in closet. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to create the perfect plan for me. Dan was willing to come to the office and meet with me after working a full day to go over all the plans. Even after the plans were complete I had asked about moving one of the bedrooms to where the living room was going to be. Dan was very accommodating and reworked the design for me without hesitation. Brenda Hancock is their Kitchen and Bath Designer. She is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with and will make your living space a dream come true. She came up with great suggestions and ideas that I would have never thought of. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficient nature of his team. Their work on this design exceeded my expectations on all levels. It was a pleasure working with their team and I would highly recommend Goguen Construction to anyone that is looking to build or remodel their home.”
