“Rubens is an artist by heart. It shows in the advise he gives and the subtle touches he applies in his work. He helped design our kitchen and made it an almost stress-less experience. Our old kitchen was starting to fall apart -literally- and with Rubens we designed a whole new one. We communicated our budget and we found ways to stick with it. We designed a bar area that could sit up to 8 people and with 4 permanent seats...we moved closet space to be part for the bar to create a more open kitchen. We redid the backslash with glass tile. Our design philosophy was to keep it very light, so we used light grey almost off white closets without handles and a light grey marble counter top. Rubens built in a new microwave/oven combo.
