“It has been a complete pleasure to have done business with this Company. He and his staff are very knowledgeable at refinishing stairs. We went from a 15 year old carpeted traditional front stair to a refinished contemporary birch and glass stairway. They worked within the given time, on budget and were completely respectful of us continuing to reside in the house while they were working by cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. We would highly recommend this company to anyone for stair work or any other carpentry work needed.”

“Terry built a deck off of our dining room. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. He used a device that allowed the nails to go into the wood without being noticeable on the surface. I believe they went in at a 45 degree angle. The deck gives us another "room" in our home to enjoy. It is beautifully constructed and creatively designed. Terry was able to incorporate the entrance to the garage, the positioning of the air conditioner and exterior steps and make it all come together beautifully. I would highly recommend T Moffat Construction.”

“We hired Arklan Housing to help design and renovate the kitchen and living area of our lake house. Carl provided excellent advice and suggestions to build on our ideas. Basement stairs were moved, walls were opened up to create a more open living space, new hardwood installed and the ceiling was raised as part of the project. The house is older and has many unique (unsquared) angles. Carl is very creative at working with these 'features' and his attention to quality and detail are very evident in the woodwork that was done. We are extremely satisfied with the results of the construction. It was a pleasure to work with Carl and we would highly recommend him.”
