“Bittick's sold and installed laminate for most of my one bedroom condo. Mark brought as many samples as I requested to my unit. He was straightforward about the pros and cons of laminate. The price quote was accurate. After I paid half the cost, they ordered the laminate. There was only a short wait from the down payment to the installation, shorter than estimated. The installation took the expected 2 days. The installers were very good about leaving open passages wide enough for me to go through in my wheelchair, and left the bedroom clear so I could stay overnight. The laminate looks great! I'm happy with my selection, Mannington Berkshire Maple. I'm pleased with the speed of the installation, and Mark's helpfulness and quick response to e-mails.”

“I have worked with Aryan on several interior design projects where he installed his rugs, and the one thing that was as consistent as the prime quality of his product, is the outstanding customer service he provides. Aryan is always very friendly and very professional. He always makes sure his clients are fully satisfied, not just with the rugs, but with the installation and service as well. This includes high-end repair and cleaning services. I have seen antique rugs I was sure were beyond salvation but the right specialist were able to bring them to the former glory. Aryan is knowledgeable about his craft and will be happy to serve with a qualified advice. His crew is professional and respectful of clients homes (shoe covers on!). Absolutely the most professional, trustworthy and reliable rug specialist you could hire!”

“I needed to replace carpeting that was installed a month earlier because it was so ugly. I browsed at Carpetland and S& G Carpets, both in Pleasanton. Carpetland had 1) a better selection of carpets; 2) $99 coupon for entire house installation; 3) $30/room to move furniture. S&G charges 1) 99 cents/square foot for installation; and 2) $75/room to move furniture. At Carpetland, I met Jeff Ernst, who asked me about pet and people traffic. I told him the cost of the ugly carpeting. While I didn't set a limit on cost, Jeff showed me better quality carpeting and padding that was moderately more than the ugly job. When he was measuring carpeting at the house, he was thorough in explaining the deficiencies of the ugly carpeting and padding. He lent me carpeting samples. Carpetland granted me a discount for the interior designer who referred me to Carpetland. Their installation staff was friendly about scheduling the job. Luis, the installer, worked hard solo since his assistant was sick. The completed installation was tidy with finished straight alignment throughout the house. When I need carpeting or flooring at my investment properties, I will hire Carpetland.”

“I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be hiring them again to refinish my hardwood floors. I will also order my custom area rugs and window coverings through them. Thanks!”
