“We have worked with Mike Rust on a number of projects and he is really the only one that we would have design a housing project or addition for us. Our styles mesh which also makes it easy to work with him. Mike designed our FLW house and it is unbelievably pleasing to the eye both inside and out. He was able to position our house on the lot in such a way that we have maximum views which another architect might ignore by focusing only on the house. He is now designing a FLW courtyard to adjoin the FLW house he designed for us. We are a huge Mike Rust Architect fan! In a job of this scope, there are unknown expenses that are going to impact job estimates.
