“This is my second project with Benattar and they keep saving the day! My first project 4 years ago: I called Moshe to re-do my powder room, as the original vendor was so flaky, I couldn't deal with. They were super fast and met my deadlines and the quality was amazing. I had a complicated "banjo-type counter" where the "banjo" radius had to mirror the radius of the sink. I had no trouble communicating my needs and getting exactly what I wanted. With this second project I didn't think twice: Benattar did my entire kitchen with center island and full backsplash, as well as and two bathroom counters. Beautiful work indeed! They even suggested and executed a super neat window sill made with the same stone! “I contracted with A Touch of Stone to install new granite counter tops in my kitchen and Quartz countertops in two bathrooms. Every person I came in contact with from this company was very nice and incredibly professional. They were genuinely concerned with making sure we were going to be happy with our countertops and would ask us questions about things we didn't think to check. After we had the kitchen counters installed, we realized we'd forgotten to request a hole for the dishwasher air gap. “If you've been on Susan's website and seen the magnificent fireplace, ( I'm a little prejudice), it is mine. Our house was built in 1923 and had an old brick fireplace that did nothing for the updated living room. Susan suggested a combination of metallic look tiles and Cherry wood. we sent her the dimensions and she returned a design concept for the fireplace, mantle and suggestions for the hearth, all of which we executed to create the look you see. I have never done any tile work like this so she provided all the advice I needed including specific grout, installation instructions and even final polishing techniques. As we live in NY we bought all the suggested installation products locally and had the tiles shipped. Everything we needed came as promised and even with a few extra pieces, just in case. I would never have undertaken a job like this without her help and confident design expertise. You see a fan shaped piece in the middle of the fireplace. That was created from one of her glass fans...they are beautiful. I purchased one of the glass pieces as well and it sits on a table I made just to display it. Creates a wonderful balance of design in the large room. We get comments on the glass fan all the time and everyone who has stepped into our living room just has to go over and touch the fireplace...it just draws that attention. I would use Susan again given the need and have recommended her to friends. Great experience.”

“We are doing a large remodel that includes 4 baths and kitchen as well as an outside deck aand patio areas. Marta and Patrick have been most helpful and patient in sourcing samples and offering tips as we make selections.Their expertise helps us to not end up with something aesthetically "off" due to something that we might not anticipate since we are not experts by any means. They are familiar with the quirks of each manufacturer. We've selected tile from several lines: Porcelanosa; Ann Sacks; DalTile, Heath Ceramics. They've been able to provide almost every line except the Heath. All the orders are correct and delivered in the stated time. One last visit to Art Tile remains in order to select large format natural stone tile or porcelain for the outside concrete elected deck that is off the house-level wood deck. I am hoping that we can use some of the Bay Area beautiful art tiles in some way for that area or fire pit. Art Tile on Broadway is convenient to us and we've never had parking issues even though we've been there about 4 times.”
