“We contracted with Keystone Custom Decks to build a porch onto the back of our home. We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them, and will call on their services again for future needs!”

“I hired Stump to build a second floor deck off my kitchen. It was a tricky design because I was limited by a bay window on one side, an outlet on the other side and a patio below. Stump gave me some very good design ideas for the space and that was one of the main reasons I chose them. I am very happy with the appearance and structure of the deck. My township inspector was complimentary of their workmanship as well. They also were the least expensive of the three quotes I received. I would definitely use them again if doing another project of this nature and give them a strong positive recommendation.”

“Get Decked built me a 10x20 Azek deck (30 yr. warranty) with a 10x12 pergola on it. Two of the four 6" support post were incorporated in the railing and two were freestanding 2' away from the house. A trench was dug and landscape fabric put down to keep white rocks intact. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, other than a pergola, they gave me suggestions. I'm so glad I gave them a call. They are a friendly owned business with superb workmanship and top quality products. The result was an outstanding beautiful deck out of the ordinary.”

“Jason and crew did a fantastic job from start to finish - exceeding our expectations and then some all within budget. We were so impressed with the initial quality of work, we elected to stretch the budget a bit and add on some additional lightning and lattice work. 99% of our projects have ended with that hollow feeling of "getting screwed" - I can say investing in a deck through Freed is the first time I've ever felt like I potentially "underpaid" for the quality of craftsmanship. Extra touches like angling the floorboards for visual interest, LED light placement in the risers and lower level perimeter were more than just finishing off our project, Jason was putting his "stamp" on our vision. Very well done. Highly recommended.”

“I hired Miles Deck Construction shorlty after my familly moved to Chalfont, PA. Dan Miles had our deck constructed in a professional and timely manner. He worked with us to design a custom deck that we can enjoy for years to come. The job turned out beautifully. I was shocked at how efficient a carpenter Dan Miles is and how quickly my back yard went from a small builder's concrete slab, to a fantastic cedar deck. “Cliff Cooke took on the total outside renovation of our 100 year old stone house. He took off the slate roof and replaced it with a beautiful commercial grade standing seam roof. He built the gutters into the eaves of the roof so the water could not spill over the gutter. He replaced 96 windows each one a little different in size. He insulated heavily and hired a stone mason who exactly matched The color of our mortar. In the yard, he built a swale to divert the water from our basement. He put the gutter downspouts into an underground pipe and ran it under the driveway to the street. He totally rebuilt the driveway edging it with block. He built a beautiful portico over my back door without the benefits of plans. He heated the back steps, the front steps, a 4’ path to the garage and an area from the street to under the gates to the driveway. They come on automatically when it snows. So nice. He took down 2 telephone poles and put the power lines underground. Cliff can do anything. He had to devise a way to construct the gutters on the house. He’s also a perfectionist. If it’s not done correctly, it’s taken down and done again. He uses good quality materials. He owns a lot of his own equipment. His pricing is always fair. Most of the work he does himself. He is not a supervisor checking everyday on someone else’s work. Cliff has a good sense of design and aesthetic. I didn’t use a designer or an architect but we worked it out as we went along. By the end of the project, I could say “do what you think is best” and it was always just right. The renovations on my house were extensive and spanned 3 years. There were a lot of underlying problems that were exposed especially when the roof came off. Cliff and I spoke almost daily about the project. He’s easy to work with.”
